Job Description:
Drive revenue growth and profits by targeting qualified prospects and building relationships with clients through networking and cold calling
Determine business potential by meeting with hiring managers and providing them with temp, temp to hire and direct hire staffing solutions
Manage client relationships by providing outstanding customer service
Work with a team to ensure that all client staffing needs are not only met but exceeded
Qualifications Include:
Minimum of 2 years in the staffing industry working with temp, temp to hire and direct hire placements
Experience obtaining new clients through networking, cold calling and relationship management
Experience generating new business and maintaining client relationships
Must possess the ability to evaluate, develop and maintain existing accounts
Have the ability to work closely with the recruiters and other team members
Must be willing to drive their own success…this is not an 8-5 job, rather a career opportunity
Must maintain a strong membership in a very team oriented group – working with both the Houston office and other FSG locations
