Scope of position:

The senior telecom recruiter and sales consultant is responsible for the full-cycle recruiting process.  For a wide variety of technical professional and technical sales roles, the recruiter must source, interview, schedule timelines, establish offers, and find high quality individuals to join their team. 

The senior telecom recruiter and sales consultant will work independently throughout each job requisition and must be prepared to meet with department managers to address hiring needs and for interview coordination.
 
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in a recruiting role.  Agency experience would be preferred.
- A Bachelors degree is required.
- The recruiter must maintain excellent communication and follow up skills.
- Must have proven track record of placing telecoms engineers (either contract or perm) with telecom vendors or operators
- Strong customer service skills are a must!
- Previous staffing experience in technology is highly preferred.
